Refund Policy

At Kendall Easterly, I am committed to delivering high-quality software development services tailored to the needs of my clients. This Refund and Dispute Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or dispute resolutions will be addressed.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The agreed-upon deliverables have not been provided as outlined in the signed contract.
  • The quality of work does not meet the standards explicitly outlined in the project scope.

2. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered if:

  • Some deliverables meet the agreed-upon requirements but others do not.
  • The client chooses to terminate the project before its completion and compensates for work already completed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The client changes the project requirements after work has commenced without a mutually agreed amendment to the contract.
  • The client cancels the project after a significant portion of the work has been completed.
  • Delays or issues arise due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information, feedback, or resources in a timely manner.

4. Dispute Resolution Process

If a client has a concern or dispute regarding the services provided, they should follow these steps:

  • Contact me via email at kendall@kendalleasterly.com to outline the concern.
  • Provide detailed information about the issue, including references to the agreed-upon scope of work and the specific concern.
  • Allow up to 7 business days for a response and proposed resolution.

5. Time Frame for Refund/Dispute Requests

All refund requests or disputes must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the final deliverables. Requests made after this time frame may not be considered.

6. Scope of Work

The scope of work for each project is clearly defined in the contract provided by the client and signed by both parties. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the scope is accurate and comprehensive before work begins.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds, if approved, will be issued via Stripe to the original payment method used by the client. Processing times for refunds may vary based on Stripe’s policies.
